Does Bp Event replace a hotel property-management system?

No. Bp Event focuses on the banquet, catering and event-lifecycle workflow. Hotels with heavy room operations typically run Bp Event next to a property-management system (Opera, Mews or similar) rather than replacing the PMS. Integration interfaces exist for the common PMS products.

Is DATEV integration native?

Yes. DATEV export is built in, the SKR03 and SKR04 chart-of-accounts templates are shipped and GoBD compliance is supported. ZUGFeRD and XRechnung e-invoicing are also part of the standard product.

Does Bp Event support catering-vehicle dispatch?

Yes. Catering-vehicle dispatch, equipment-rental tracking, staff-shift scheduling and the multi-event-per-day patterns typical of busy catering operations are part of the standard product.

Is multi-tenant SaaS available?

No. Bp Event is delivered on-premises or as a hosted private cloud through the vendor. There is no multi-tenant SaaS edition.
