Frequently Asked Questions

Is 4SELLERS a stand-alone ERP or an extension to another ERP?

4SELLERS is an e-commerce suite that runs on top of an established ERP core, typically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Sage 100. It is not a stand-alone cloud-native ERP. This is a deliberate architectural choice: the underlying ERP provides proven mid-market financial accounting and the 4SELLERS layer provides the multichannel features.

Which marketplaces and carriers does 4SELLERS support?

Native marketplace integrations include Amazon, eBay, Otto, Kaufland and Idealo, alongside a Shopify connector and a native shop system. Carrier connectivity covers the standard DACH parcel services. The full integration list is broader and is reviewed during the implementation scoping phase.

How does total cost of ownership compare with entry-level e-commerce ERPs?

4SELLERS sits above products such as Billbee or JTL-Wawi in TCO because the customer also pays for the underlying Business Central or Sage 100 ERP licence and implementation. The argument for 4SELLERS is that it delivers a more robust accounting back-office and a more controllable upgrade path than entry-level products once the retailer reaches a certain scale or compliance complexity.
