What belongs on this list – and what doesn't?

We gather sources here in which serious ERP research is published or can be found: academic and practice-oriented journals, conferences, study series and citable reference works. We deliberately left out individual (quickly dated) papers as well as textbooks – you'll find the latter on our books pages. That keeps the list evergreen and easy to maintain.

How is ERP relevance labelled?

We transparently indicate how strong the ERP connection is: „dedicated“ (ERP is the core theme, e.g. ERP Management or the Center for Enterprise Research), „flagship/broad“ (leading business-informatics journals where ERP is one of many topics) and „adjacent“ (e.g. Industry 4.0). That way you can see where ERP is central and where it is a peripheral topic. Many of the sources are wholly or partly freely accessible.

How did we select and verify the sources?

We researched German-language academic ERP sources and verified each one individually: does it exist, is it active, and how strong is the ERP connection. We left out discontinued journals or conferences. The international academic ERP sources are on a separate page.
